In the words of Leonardo DiCaprio “ The Revenant is one man’s incredible journey on an epic scale”. The Revenant takes place in 1983; when the great frontiersman Hugh Glass is attacked by a bear and is left to die in the woodlands. His hunting team left him, he has nothing but his survival skills and nature. Glass must find a way to get home with his family. What was supposed to be a simple fur tradition expedition turned into a catastrophe. On top of this, Leonardo DiCaprio truly exceeded expectations by helping to make such a well-rounded movie.
